Meet Your Dietitian

Hi, I’m Arianne, an Accredited Sports Dietitian and founder of Fuelled Nutrition Co. I specialise in helping everyday athletes who feel stuck, underfuelled, and frustrated -  finally understand how to eat for performance and results.

I know how confusing nutrition can feel and my mission is to simplify it, help you eat more effectively, and finally get the results your training deserves.

Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your training, your goals, and your lifestyle.

Not necessarily. I’ll teach you what’s best for your lifestyle - whether that’s flexible tracking or a more intuitive approach.

How quickly will I see results?
