With over 7 years of experience as a Sports Dietitian, I’ve supported athletes at every level - from those stepping into their first competition to those performing on the international stage.
I hold a Bachelor of Science (Human Biology, Anatomy & Physiology) and a Master of Dietetics, and I am an Accredited Sports Dietitian.
