Years ago, I was trapped in the pressure to be ‘skinny’ as a model and promotional worker. I spent hours at the gym, followed restrictive diets, and still felt far from healthy or strong.
Everything changed in 2015 when I discovered strength training. I fell in love with lifting but quickly realised that progress required more than hard work—it needed the right nutrition. I saw so many people, myself included, struggling with confusion, bad advice, and under-fuelling.
Frustrated by the misinformation, I dove into nutrition, determined to bridge the gap between fitness goals and proper fuelling. Today, as a Sports Dietitian, I help athletes optimise their health and performance with evidence-based, personalised nutrition plans.
