Meet Your Dietitian

Hi, I’m Arianne, an Accredited Sports Dietitian and founder of Fuelled Nutrition Co. I help everyday athletes fuel their bodies for strength, energy, and confidence.

I know how confusing nutrition can feel and my mission is to simplify it, help you eat more effectively, and finally get the results your training deserves.

Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your training, your goals, and your lifestyle.

What if I’m not an elite athlete?
Perfect - most of my clients are “everyday athletes” who simply want to train well, perform better, and feel amazing day to day.

Do I need to track macros? 
Not necessarily. I’ll teach you what’s best for your lifestyle - whether that’s flexible tracking or a more intuitive approach.

How quickly will I see results?
Most clients start noticing better energy and recovery within 2- 3 weeks, with visible strength and body composition changes in 6- 12 weeks.
